Position Overview

We are looking for a Payments & Integration Manager to join our remote team. This role is responsible for researching, evaluating, and integrating third-party payment solutions, payout providers, and fintech services into the Quick Collect platform. The ideal candidate is strategic, technically savvy, and capable of building strong vendor partnerships to enhance our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and evaluate third-party payment providers, payout companies, and fintech services for integration.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing with financial service providers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality within the Quick Collect platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of all integrated payment and payout services.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on fintech trends and emerging technologies to expand Quick Collect’s offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of payment networks, APIs, and third-party fintech integrations.
  • Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with financial vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly pay: ?200,000
  • Probationary period: 2 months, with retention based on performance
  • Remote work from home
  • Medical insurance support: ?50,000 after 1 year
  • Yearly Christmas bonus: ?100,000
