Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer for a real estate firm to develop and execute strategies that drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings
- Manage social media platforms and online presence
- Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
- Track campaign performance and provide reports
- Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Must reside within or close to Ifako / Ijaiye, Ogba.
