We allow learners to explore different fields through quizzes and courses available on the app, aiming to have an interactive platform that allows continuous user engagement as well as encourages active learning.

We\'re looking for a Digital Marketer who is data-driven, creative, and excited to drive growth through smart campaigns, engaging content, and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google).
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Create and manage ad campaigns with measurable ROI, including Google Ads and display networks.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Develop visuals, videos, and copy for campaigns.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with followers and monitoring trends.
- Write compelling copy for newsletters, product updates, blogs, and landing pages.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and email marketing platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and make data-backed recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor SEO and improve on-page and off-page strategies to boost organic visibility.
Collaboration & Brand Growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Help build our brand voice and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
