Role Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer with proven experience in the hospitality and short-let industry to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that drive bookings, enhance brand visibility, and engage guests. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of vacation rentals, Airbnb/short-let listings, and guest expectations, and can translate this knowledge into high-performing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for short-let properties.
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
- Monitor trends and adjust campaigns to meet seasonal demands and occupancy targets.
Social Media Management
- Create engaging content showcasing properties, guest experiences, and brand personality.
- Manage daily posting, stories, and reels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn (if relevant).
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews to build strong guest relationships.
Content & Creative
- Write compelling ad copy, blogs, and email campaigns focused on bookings and guest engagement.
- Coordinate professional photoshoots and video content for property promotion.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
SEO & Website Management
- Optimize property listings for search engines (Airbnb SEO, Google My Business, website).
- Track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and implement improvements for better conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, cost per booking, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Work with influencers, travel bloggers, and local businesses to promote properties.
- Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and guest experience enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in hospitality, short-let management, or vacation rentals.
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb/Booking.com marketing, digital advertising, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
