Job Summary

• The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts across all digital channels.
• You will manage the school’s online presence, drive brand awareness, and support student enrollment through targeted digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the school Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, blog posts)
• Analyze and report on the performance of all digital campaigns (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Manage school website content updates and SEO Support admission campaigns by running targeted digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Coordinate with school leadership to align messaging with school values and activities
• Capture and document school events and milestones for digital publication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proficient with digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, SEO tools)
• Strong writing and visual content creation skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus Bonus: Photography/videography and basic editing skills.
