JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves managing digital channels, creating content, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent digital brand visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display ads.
- Create media plans and manage digital advertising budgets.
- Optimize campaigns using analytics and A/B testing.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Create engaging content calendars, captions, and creatives.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow community presence.
Content Creation
- Develop content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and ads.
- Work with designers and videographers to produce high-quality creatives.
Website & SEO
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and user experience.
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Build automation workflows and segment mailing lists.
Performance Analytics
- Track key metrics (ROI, CTR, impressions, leads, conversions).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven improvements.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic design.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
