Job Overview:

The Digital Marketer / Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate the HandyPros brand, drive user engagement, and increase visibility across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a focus on creating high-quality content, including visual media captured through a camera.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Campaign Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to the HandyPros platform.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the development of engaging content across all digital channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.

Content Creation

  • Visual Content Production: Utilize a camera to create high-quality visual content, including promotional videos, photos, and promotional materials that highlight HandyPros’ services and professionals.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative process for marketing materials, working closely with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and effective content.

Social Media Management

  • Social Media Presence: Ensure a suitable and regular presence on various social media platforms, engaging with users and fostering community relationships that promote the HandyPros brand.
  • Analytics and Reporting*: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.

Advertising and Promotion

  • Ad Management: Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring effective allocation of resources and budget to achieve maximum reach and return on investment (ROI).

Networking and Public Relations

  • Social Networks: Leverage existing social networks to amplify brand messaging, collaborate with influencers, and build partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
  • PR Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with public relations networks to facilitate media coverage and promotional opportunities for HandyPros.

Brand Development and Management

  • Consistent Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, reinforcing HandyPros’ mission, vision, and core values in all communications.
  • User Engagement Initiatives: Develop initiatives to engage users and gather feedback, using insights to inform future strategies and improve the customer experience.

Team Collaboration

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and support internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, creative direction, or a related field, preferably in the service or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and brand management.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for creative storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media management and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in camera operation and content creation techniques.
  • Strong networking skills with established contacts in PR and relevant industries.
