Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End-to-End Digital Marketer to join our team. As an End-to-End Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online platforms.
  • You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • This role might have the possibility of work from home with occasional onsite meetings.
  • Any relevant experience working for anEdTech, University or Training/Learning business is an advantage.
  • As an End-to-End Digital Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, incorporating SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, PPC, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Creation and Management: Are you a storyteller? Can you develop compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and video content?
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines, conduct keyword research, and monitor rankings to improve organic visibility.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media profiles, create engaging posts, run social media advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.   • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze email campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving website user experience and conversion rates through A/B testing and other CRO techniques.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and feedback, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain a positive online brand image.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and nurture leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 7 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns etc.) are a plus.
  • Ability to use other collaborative project tools like MS 365, Jira and Slack
