Job Summary
- The Digital Marketer will be responsible for crafting and executing digital strategies that position the brand as a leading luxury interior curator. You will manage our online presence, drive traffic to digital platforms, convert leads to clients, and build an aspirational digital identity that resonates with a high-end audience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the luxury interior market.
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with focus on high-value leads and brand visibility.
Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content (reels, videos, blog posts, newsletters) that reflects luxury and design sophistication.
- Oversee content calendar and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook) with curated, aspirational content.
- Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and build a digital community of collectors, designers, and design enthusiasts.
SEO & Web Management:
- Optimize website and product pages for SEO to attract high-intent traffic.
- Monitor website performance and collaborate with developers/designers for enhancements.
Email Marketing:
- Design and run luxury-styled email campaigns for product launches, events, and offers.
- Segment customer lists for targeted messaging.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a luxury, design, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of successful digital campaigns targeting affluent audiences.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and understanding of high-end design trends.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, etc.
- Video editing or basic design skills are a plus.
