- As our Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing SunFi’s digital marketing strategy. Your focus will be on managing performance campaigns, optimizing customer journeys through email and SMS marketing, and leveraging data to enhance engagement and conversions. By combining creativity with analytics, you will help position SunFi as a fun, trusted, and innovative clean energy brand in Nigeria and contribute significantly to the company's marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok to generate quality leads.
- Manage email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting.
- Conduct research on emerging digital marketing channels, tools, and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure SunFi’s digital touchpoints deliver a consistent, engaging, and customer-friendly experience.
- Develop creative ideas for digital campaigns that reflect SunFi’s fun and edgy brand personality.
- Support SEO efforts by ensuring campaign assets and landing pages are optimized for discoverability.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards, reporting on KPIs such as CTR, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Develop, test, and scale creative ideas for digital campaigns that engage audiences and reflect SunFi’s fun, edgy personality.
- Monitor customer engagement across digital channels and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
- Manage A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email/SMS campaigns to continuously improve performance.
- Create regular performance dashboards and insights reports to guide marketing decision-making.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, incorporating relevant strategies into SunFi’s campaigns.
- Support SunFi’s broader marketing goals by ensuring digital campaigns contribute directly to awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, actively contributing to digital marketing campaigns, feedback management, and other communication efforts to strengthen the SunFi.co brand identity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and campaign management.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one email/SMS marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), ideally within a solar or other high-value product/service organization.
- Working knowledge of web analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in campaign execution.
- Passion for SunFi’s mission to make clean energy accessible, with a results-driven mindset.
