Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing & Content Manager will lead digital campaigns, content creation, and design initiatives. This role requires expertise in marketing strategy, creative content development, social media management, and paid media campaigns, with a focus on improving engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Oversee paid media campaigns and optimize ROI
  • Track KPIs for engagement, conversions, and reach

Content Marketing

  • Create and manage editorial calendars aligned with brand positioning
  • Write and edit social media posts, newsletters, case studies, and campaign copy
  • Collaborate with leadership and clinicians to translate complex ideas into accessible narratives

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, infographics, and social media assets
  • Maintain visual and brand consistency across all outputs

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with IT and analytics teams to integrate campaigns with CRM and analytics systems
  • Ensure data privacy and HIPAA compliance in all digital and content activities

Skills & Competencies

General Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Strong internet connectivity (mandatory)
  • Personal device/laptop (mandatory)
  • Strong computer literacy

Role-Specific Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and management tools
  • Analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO, marketing automation, and paid media campaigns
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of healthcare and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, content creation, or design (healthcare experience preferred)
