As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online and offline marketing strategies and play a key role in customer acquisition and brand growth.
Job Summary
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that align with our brand voice and business goals. You’ll play a hands-on role in content creation, campaign management, social media, and performance tracking helping to increase our visibility, generate leads, and convert interest into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid advertising.
- Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), including content planning, creation, and engagement.
- Work closely with the design and sales teams to create visually appealing and engaging content (images, videos, blogs, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lead nurturing).
- Assist in organizing offline promotional events and collaborations with influencers or design partners.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with digital partners and affiliates to expand brand reach.
- Report on campaign results, ROI, and KPIs regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (experience in interior design or lifestyle industries is a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting and basic graphic design).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
