Position Summary
- The candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media presence, driving online advertising, and collaborating cross-functionally to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Awareness:
- Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy tailored to the Nigerian market to promote the organization products and brand values.
- Build strong online brand positioning, targeting both potential members and customers nationwide.
- Identify emerging digital trends and recommend tools or platforms for effective audience engagement.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, informative, and culturally relevant content to increase followers and engagement rates.
Content Creation & Visual Communication:
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) for campaigns and promotions.
- Produce compelling blog posts, email newsletters, landing pages, and digital marketing materials.
- Localize global content to suit Nigerian market dynamics and linguistic preferences.
Online Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions, YouTube ads, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and adjust tactics to improve ROI
Website & SEO Management:
- Work with IT or external developers to maintain and update the Nigerian company website with current promotions, events, product information, and success stories.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO), improving organic rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and report on digital performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG, health, or wellness sector.
- Strong command of SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, social media advertising platforms, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, etc.).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
