ReelFruit’s had its humble beginnings in a small apartment in Surulere, Lagos. In 2012, our founder birthed the idea of a new snack company; A first-of-its-kind that would offer dried fruit snacks, made in Nigeria but sold to the world. With this dream in mind, we launched our first range of dried mango and pineapple in March 2013, our first lucky break came from Prince Ebeano Supermarket, Lekki, who stocked our products - and the rest is history. Today, we have a range of over 10 SKUs retailed in over 250 stores nationwide and have served our snacks on local and international airlines, schools, hotels and restaurants.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead the execution of its digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies. The role combines creativity with analytical thinking, from managing online orders and ensuring excellent customer interactions to executing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process and manage online and website orders promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
- Provide assistance and support to customers, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure alignment and coordination for efficient order fulfillment.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Execute all digital marketing activities across all social Media Platforms including website SEO/SEM and email marketing.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Analyze and interpret marketing data, including customer data, online performance, and web analytics.
- Utilize insights gained from data analysis to understand customer activities and experiences for optimization.
Performance Measurement
- Measure and interpret the performance impact of completed tasks and projects.
- Regularly report on performance metrics with reference to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Owned Media Optimization:
- Optimize all owned media channels in line with agreed deliverables, ensuring a strategic and effective digital presence.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
