Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong social media management, content creation, and graphic design skills.
  • The ideal candidate will manage the digital presence, develop marketing strategies, and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and design engaging multimedia content, including graphics, reels, promotional materials, and advertisements.
  • Plan and execute paid online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for travel packages, trainings, and hospitality services.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to generate quality leads.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee the brand’s digital identity, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists.
  • Support partnership and sponsorship pitches with presentations and creative content.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, IT, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Skills:

  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent content writing and storytelling ability.
  • Strong presentation and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data-driven marketing and conversion optimization.
