Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services, enhance its brand visibility, and engage with patients through digital channels. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze marketing performance for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engine platforms.
- Manage and update the hospital’s website content for accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to promote hospital services.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers on social media to build community trust.
- Collaborate with clinical and business development teams to promote special programs, health events, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase patient reach.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare marketing.
- Maintain an online reputation by monitoring reviews and ensuring timely responses.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
Working Conditions
- Standard office hours with occasional evening or weekend work for events or campaign deadlines.
