Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, and analyzing data to drive improvements in our digital marketing strategies.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays up to date with the latest industry trends, and possesses strong analytical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing materials.

Social Media Management for TAG College & TAGMyFuture

  • Manage and maintain social media profiles and presence for TAG College & TAGMyFuture
  • Create and curate relevant content for social media platforms.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build a strong online brand presence.

Website Management:

  • Ensure the company website is up to date with fresh and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with web developers to improve website functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to the marketing team and management.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Advertising:

  • Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Monitor ad budgets, analyze results, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Content Creation:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for blog posts, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and writers to produce multimedia content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
  • Certification in digital marketing is a plus.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other tasks as and when required.

Reporting Requirements:

  • Post-campaign follow-up communications and ROI reporting
  • Reporting on campaigns, ROI and industry best practises
  • Weekly Marketing & PR updates with Line Manager
  • Submit monthly Digital Marketing report.
  • Submit quarterly Digital Marketing report for Board Pack.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)/ Performance Assessment Criteria
Your performance as Digital Marketing Officer will be assessed in consideration of the following benchmarks:

  • Your contributions to the overall target for Recruitment & Admissions as we as Marketing department.
  • Achievement of individual targets for the period.
  • Evidence of continuous improvement in Digital Marketing processes and procedures.
  • Execution of assigned duties within timelines, while ensuring quality standards are always maintained.

IT Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficient in social media use
  • Proficient use of Content Creation software, SEO and PPC Platforms
