Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive digital marketing plans, outlining tactics, timelines, and metrics for success.
- Optimizing website content, meta descriptions, headers, and images for search engines.
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring a positive ROI.
- Developing strategies for each social media platform based on target audience behavior and platform trends.
- Work with the Digital team on designing & executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
- Work with the Digital team on tracking email campaign performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future efforts.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Analyzing data from various digital marketing channels to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Preparing detailed reports for highlighting campaign performance and providing recommendations for future strategies.
- Ad Campaign Planning: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously monitoring and adjusting campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing of ad creatives and targeting options.
- Working closely with the sales, product development/tech team & customer service support to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years work experience.
