Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist will drive qualified lead generation, optimize digital campaigns, and support revenue growth. The role combines data-driven marketing, sales enablement, and conversion-focused strategies to ensure marketing efforts directly impact pipeline and business results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Run lead gen campaigns across social, email, PPC, and web.
  • Manage nurture flows (MQL → SQL) and retargeting.
  • Support Sales with CRM journeys, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
  • Execute ABM campaigns and virtual events.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, and performance analytics.
  • Provide insights, content support, and weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field.
  • 4+ years in digital marketing or performance marketing (B2B/SaaS is a plus).
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, CRM tools.
  • Strong copywriting, analytics, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization skills.
