Our business focus is to provide financial inter-mediation and advisory to individuals, small/medium retail enterprises, mid-sized corporate organizations, etc. Chanelle Microfinance Bank is building a business architecture that will drive low cost, short and long-term funds in other to effectively support individual and small businesses and SMEs across different sectors of the economy.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading, planning, and executing the digital marketing strategy across all online channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and retention. This role plays a key part in scaling Dax Signature’s digital footprint across owned channels (website, email, SEO), paid media (social ads, Google ads), and social commerce platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing full- funnel digital campaigns for ready to wear fashion brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with Dax Signature’s revenue goals.
  • Lead digital channel strategy across paid, organic, social, SEO, email, and content.
  • Create integrated campaign calendars in collaboration with sales, operations and graphics teams.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates across channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Analyze attribution models and customer journey insights.

Social Media & Content Direction

  • Oversee content strategy and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Lead and own storytelling contents, visuals, influencer campaigns, and platform- specific content.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly content calendars.

SEO & Website Growth

  • Lead SEO strategy: keyword research, content optimization, site audits, backlink opportunities.
  • Improve website visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Manage automated customer journeys (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back).
  • Grow subscriber lists and improve email open and click-through rates.
  • Lead segmentation strategy and personalization.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor digital dashboards (Google Analytics, CMS).
  • Provide weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Track KPIs: online revenue, traffic, CAC, ROAS, retention rate, CTR, conversion rate.

Ownership & Collaboration

  • Work alone while collaborating (operations, graphics designer, sales).
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and graphics designer to deliver on targets.
  • Own the content strategy both video & still graphics.

Budget Management

  • Plan and manage monthly digital marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient allocation across priority channels to maximize ROI.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications are a strong advantage:
    • Google Ads / Analytics
    • Meta Blueprint Certification
    • HubSpot Digital Marketing

Experience

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or e- commerce.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid ads with significant monthly budgets.
  • Track record of driving digital sales growth and improving conversion metrics.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce).

Technical Skills

  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
  • Email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend)
  • SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
  • Social scheduling tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Later
  • Strong understanding of web analytics & attribution models
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or creative direction
