We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and implementing robust digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across diverse online platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring prior marketing expertise and possess the ability to effectively monitor and manage the company's presence on social media platforms.
- Digital Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives, integrating SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, PPC, and other pertinent channels.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines, conduct meticulous keyword research, and continually monitor rankings to enhance organic visibility.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Social Media Management: Manage and expand social media profiles, curate engaging posts, run impactful social media advertising campaigns, and conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics. Actively engage with users to maintain a positive online brand image.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, segment target audiences, and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
- Analytics and Insightful Reporting: Monitor and analyze key digital marketing KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and leverage data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to enhance website user experience and conversion rates through strategic A/B testing and other cutting-edge CRO techniques.
- Online Reputation Management: Vigilantly monitor online reviews and feedback, respond proactively to customer inquiries, and uphold a positive online brand image.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes, identifying strategic opportunities and potential threats.
- Effective Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets strategically across various digital marketing channels to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and nurture leads effectively.
- Continuous Learning and Technological Adaptation: Remain informed about emerging social media platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing trends. Implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include the latest information.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
