Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC).
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Newsletter Marketing:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for newsletters to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Segment and target audience for personalized messaging and offers.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Community Management:

  • Actively engage with our online community through social media platforms and forums.
  • Foster a positive and interactive environment, promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Monitor trends and discussions to identify opportunities for brand participation.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create various content types (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and quality.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate reports detailing key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaigns, community management, newsletter marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
