Role Summary
- Medbury Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage its digital marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion.
- This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social media, paid search, and display advertising.
- Manage the company’s online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic search performance.
- Create, schedule, and monitor email and SMS marketing campaigns using automation tools.
- Drive targeted traffic and conversions through paid media platforms.
- Coordinate content marketing efforts including blogs, landing pages, and downloadable resources.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and report on key performance indicators.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and stay current on platform trends and innovations.
- Manage marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing and customer retention.

- Click-through and conversion rates
- Organic traffic and keyword ranking improvements
- Follower/subscriber growth on digital platforms

Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven success in executing and managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and digital advertising platforms.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, SMS, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
