Role Summary

  • Medbury Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage its digital marketing initiatives. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion. 
  • This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social media, paid search, and display advertising.
  • Manage the company’s online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic search performance.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor email and SMS marketing campaigns using automation tools.
  • Drive targeted traffic and conversions through paid media platforms.
  • Coordinate content marketing efforts including blogs, landing pages, and downloadable resources.
  • Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and report on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and stay current on platform trends and innovations.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing and customer retention.

  • Click-through and conversion rates
  • Organic traffic and keyword ranking improvements
  • Follower/subscriber growth on digital platforms
  • Engagement and lead generation metrics.

Requirements
Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven success in executing and managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and digital advertising platforms.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, SMS, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
