Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Lead to drive strategy, analytics, and execution across high-impact digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize campaign ROI across digital platforms
- Manage paid advertising performance and budgets
- Develop and maintain analytics, tracking, and reporting systems
- Lead strategic performance marketing initiatives
- Improve client retention through measurable, data-driven results

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred
- Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise
- Proven experience with campaign strategy, measurement, and reporting.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or growth-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through digital marketing campaigns.
