Job Description

  • A digital sales person identifies and converts leads into customers using online channels and digital tools to sell products and services.
  • Responsibilities include developing digital sales strategies, analyzing market trends, collaborating with marketing teams, building client relationships, using CRM systems for record-keeping, and reporting on sales performance to meet revenue goals.
  • They leverage digital platforms to engage prospects, customize solutions, and stay updated on industry trends to drive growth and customer loyalty.
  • Candidates should be able to operate a computer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    • Utilizing digital marketing campaigns, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Creating and executing digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through digital channels, addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Digital Tools & Platforms:
    • Using various digital platforms, such as CRM software, to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client records.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and coordinate digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitoring sales performance metrics and generating regular reports for management to track progress against goals.
  • Market Research:
    • Staying informed about industry trends, new digital tools, and competitors' activities to stay competitive.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.

    • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to use various digital platforms to sell products.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    • Ability to identify client needs, present solutions persuasively, and close sales.
