We are hiring a Direct Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition through direct channels such as events, email, referrals, influencers, and offline advertising. The role will involve assisting in campaign execution, creating content, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. You will also help track results and provide insights to improve future activities.
As a Direct Marketing Associate, you will do the following:
- Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns across events, email, referrals, influencers, and offline advertising
- Draft email templates and coordinate email campaign schedules
- Support event logistics, attendee communication, and small-scale activations
- Create short-form content such as social media captions, simple blog posts, and basic graphics
- Track key metrics like email open rates, clickthrough rates, and event participation
- Prepare reports and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with sales, growth, and brand teams to align activities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing with some exposure to customer acquisition
- Familiarity with running campaigns across different channels (email, social, events, offline)
- Strong writing skills for content creation and copywriting
- Basic experience using analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with others
- Experience supporting event marketing or offline activations
