The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and increase customer engagement for Mshel Homes Limited. This role ensures the effective use of email automation, audience segmentation, and compelling content to support the company’s sales and marketing objectives in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for property promotions, newsletters, client nurturing, and brand awareness.
- Design engaging email templates aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes: planning, scheduling, automation, testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Build and maintain email lists through lead generation activities (web forms, events, social media, landing pages).
- Segment audiences based on buyer personas, interests, and stage in the sales funnel.
- Ensure clean, updated, and compliant contact lists.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling, conversion-focused email copy.
- Generate quality leads through email campaigns.
- Curate property listings, promotional offers, company updates, and educational content.
- Assist in developing downloadable resources (guides, reports) to support lead nurturing.
- Manage email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Sendinblue).
- Set up automated workflows for onboarding, property enquiries, follow-ups, and re-engagement.
- Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts.
- Track campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions, bounce rate, unsubscribes).
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use insights to optimize email strategy and improve campaign ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in real estate or fast-paced sales environments.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
Skills:
- Strong copywriting and content creation ability.
- Excellent understanding of email metrics and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in automation workflows and segmentation strategies.
- Basic design skills (Canva, HTML email templates) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
