Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Engineer - Inshop Technical Support to provide customer-facing technical support. 
  • You'll setup, troubleshoot, and diagnose access devices, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide in-shop technical assistance for access devices.
  • Device Setup: Configure and setup devices for customers.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience through strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of:, WiFi, WiMAX, LTE, TCP/IP and Networking
  • Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
