Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a T24 Transact Support Specialist and other enterprise and business application support, based in Ikeja with the flexibility to work remotely when required.
- The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for all enterprice and business application platform, delivering exceptional customer support, and ensuring efficient resolution of system-related inquiries and problems.
- Responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical issues, answering client questions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively
- Knowldged of glassfish, CRM, Customer Onboarding application, 3CX, M365 e.tc
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting systems and software
- Proficiency in Customer Support, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and client interactions
- Knowledge of T24 Transact or similar banking platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
