Job Overview:
- As an Enterprise Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
- Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise network reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security measures.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and trends to implement best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise networks.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing networking devices (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and security practices.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
