Job Description
- We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of software projects across cross-functional teams.
- This role is ideal for a highly organised early-career professional looking to grow into technical project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of software development projects
- Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
- Assist with sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress reporting
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate appropriately
- Maintain project documentation and status dashboards
- Support the delivery of projects within the agreed scope and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (or strong internship/NYSC exposure) in project coordination or tech teams
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts is an advantage
- Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
