About the Role
- We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Digital Manager to lead our end-to-end digital marketing efforts and amplify our brand presence across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand’s comprehensive digital strategy across all online channels (social media, website, e-commerce, email marketing, paid advertising).
- Lead performance marketing and paid media campaigns focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Manage and optimize content calendars, publishing schedules, and performance analytics across all social media platforms, including real-time community management.
- Oversee the growth and optimization of the e-commerce experience on both owned and third-party platforms, ensuring smooth user journeys and improved sales conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, trade marketing) and external stakeholders (digital agencies, influencers, affiliate partners).
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategy based on data.
- Conduct A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and reporting to optimize digital impact and ROI.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and experience across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce roles.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital platforms.
- Proven success in managing digital marketing efforts across multiple African countries.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent CMS tools.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
- Experience executing campaigns across African markets (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa).
- Ability to localize content and strategy for diverse cultural audiences.
- Familiarity with the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods space.
- Prior experience working in or with a digital agency.
