Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email platform reporting) and KPIs.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for design and branding
- Knowledge of email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for deliverability.
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams.
