Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities

Manage the bank's transaction switch & integrations (NIBSS/Interswitch/UPG/MPGS), implement & monitor ISO-8583 message flows; handle routing, keys, and security (HSM/MLE, 3-DES/RSA), triage incidents, performance tuning & settlement/recon support.

Core Skills & Tools

  • ISO-8583, EFT switches, HSM, certificates/keys, Linux, shell scripting, Java/Kotlin/.NET (nice to have), logs/observability, incident response, payment ops knowledge.

Experience Required

  • 4-6+ years of professional experience in a Data Engineering or related role.
