The Role
- We’re looking for a Frontend Web / Mobile Engineer with strong experience in React Native and React (Next.js) to help build and scale Loger’s mobile and web applications.
- You’ll work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces across platforms. This role suits someone who enjoys building polished user experiences and owning features end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
- Build and enhance web applications using React and Next.js
- Translate product requirements and UI designs into high-quality, reusable components
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data fl ows
- Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and accessible
- Optimize mobile and web applications for speed, usability, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
- Debug and resolve UI, performance, and cross-platform issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend or Mobile Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Profi ciency in TypeScript (required) and modern JavaScript
- Solid understanding of mobile and web UI/UX principles
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling application state
- Familiarity with Git and modern frontend workfl ows
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)
- Experience with styling systems (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar)
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage product teams
- Basic understanding of backend systems and APIs
- Compensation: 150k - 200k per Milestone Deliverable
