Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with a strong focus on branding and visual storytelling to support the design needs of our fast-growing IT company. At Data2Bots, your work will define the visual identity of our campaigns, social media, tech programs, internal documentation, and client-facing materials. You will play a key role in transforming abstract tech concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative content (experience in tech/startup/agency is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and impactful designs for digital platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, especially for UI mockups and collaborative projects.
  • Familiarity with basic animation and motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging digital assets including social media posts, landing pages, infographics, presentations, product guides, pitch decks, ads, and merchandise.
  • Uphold and evolve the company’s visual identity across all platforms and collateral.
  • Work collaboratively with content creators, marketing strategists, and UI/UX designers to align visuals with messaging.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of creative assets using platforms like Notion or Google Drive.
  • Take ownership of brand consistency in layout, typography, color usage, and tone.
  • Design visually compelling case studies, recruitment decks, corporate reports, and event materials.
  • Provide design support for internal communications, career programs, and HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to idea generation for campaigns, content themes, and interactive media.
