We operate as a professional media platform serving local and global audiences across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and email communications
- Create visual assets for video productions, livestreams, and broadcasts (thumbnails, lower thirds, banners, overlays)
- Design flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials for events and programs
- Ensure all designs align with HOM’s brand guidelines and visual identity
- Collaborate closely with the media, content, and production teams
- Prepare final design files for digital and print use
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Maintain organized design files on the company’s shared storage platforms
- Support creative direction and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
