Job Overview:
The Growth and Content Executive is responsible for creating compelling digital content, managing social media engagement, and supporting growth initiatives for the company. This role focuses on storytelling, content creation, community interaction, and assisting in digital campaigns to expand reach and engagement.
Our ideal candidate will focus majorly on developing and executing strategies that foster engagement, growth, and loyalty within the company’s online community, curating and nurturing the community around the company’s products, maintaining the brand’s voice across all platforms to enhance the user base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, write, and curate engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts: scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers.
- Assist in running and optimizing digital campaigns to support brand awareness and growth objectives.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.
- Identify, test, and scale high-performing acquisition channels while managing budgets efficiently.
- Support all campaign rollouts and promotional activities for the organisation
- Use MOVIL and other analytics tools to monitor product and campaign performance.
- Track core KPIs such as CAC, LTV, engagement, retention, churn, and conversion.
- Work closely with the Product Team to identify and implement growth-focused enhancements.
- Plan and run digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Support both digital and offline community-driven growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Communication, Public relation or a related field.
- 2-4 years hands on experience managing social media platforms and community engagement.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, and performance tracking.
- Ability to adapt content quickly to trends and audience preferences.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to craft engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the audience
- A proactive approach to community management, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to apply them to drive growth and market penetration for the company’s products.
