About the Role
- We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on, and enthusiastic Entry-Level Hardware Engineer to join our team.
- This position is ideal for a young, motivated individual in their early 20s who has a passion for computer hardware, enjoys solving technical problems, and is eager to grow in a professional environment.
- You will play an important role in supporting our daily operations, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality system builds and hardware services.
- A one-month paid training program will be provided to help you gain confidence, practical skills, and a solid understanding of our workflow and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom computer systems according to specifications.
- Diagnose and fix basic hardware issues for walk-in customers.
- Attend to customers professionally, answer inquiries, and guide them through purchase decisions.
- Recommend suitable products, components, and upgrades based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
- Support daily inventory checks and assist with preparing orders.
Requirements
- Must reside in Abuja.
- Male candidate in early 20s is preferred.
- Basic understanding of PC components and system building.
- Good communication and customer service skills (Hausa language is an added advantage, but not compulsory).
- Willingness to learn quickly and follow technical instructions.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
