Job Summary

  • As the Head of Managed Services, you will lead Wragby’s Managed Services business, shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering superior customer experiences across cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations.
  • You’ll own the P&L, design scalable service models, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver value at scale.
  • This role is ideal for a transformational leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, service innovation and business growth, with a passion for building proactive, data-driven managed services that empower enterprise clients to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Managed Services strategy aligned with Wragby’s digital transformation goals.
  • Lead end-to-end IT operations, service desk, infrastructure, cloud, and security services.
  • Ensure service excellence through ITIL-aligned processes and strict SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Drive automation, service improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Own and manage the business unit P&L for profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams for peak performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to design competitive service offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT operations, service delivery, or managed services leadership.
  • Proven record in P&L management and scaling Managed Services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Infrastructure, and Security.
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL Expert, PMP/PRINCE2, Azure Administrator, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and customer-centric orientation.
