Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organisation’s communication strategy across multiple entities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with beneficiaries, partners, and key audiences.
- Coordinate communication activities across the organisation and ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage and oversee outsourced social media vendors while guiding in-house staff to provide relevant content.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compelling communication of the organisation’s initiatives, programs, and impact.
- Act as the primary liaison for media relations and public communications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to communication team members across different units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (4+ years) in corporate communications, media relations, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with flawless articulation and grammar.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple organisations’ communications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and manage outsourced and internal communication functions.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is highly desirable.
- Professionalism, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
