Role Description
- This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos.
- The Head of Post Production will oversee all aspects of the post-production process, ensuring projects meet creative and quality standards.
- Responsibilities include managing editing, motion graphics, video post-production workflows, and collaborating with the production team to align with project goals.
- The role also involves leading a team of post-production professionals, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of all content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Post-Production
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing
- Experience in Motion Graphics and related software tools
- Ability to manage and lead a post-production team effectively
- Advanced knowledge of post-production workflows in film, TV, and digital media
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the post-production industry
