- The Head of Technical will lead and oversee all technical operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of products/services, continuous improvement of systems and processes, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team (engineers, technicians, and specialists).
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects and systems.
- Develop and enforce technical standards, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical operations with business goals.
- Manage maintenance and upgrade of equipment, machinery, or technical tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.
- Analyze project data and performance to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor and train technical staff to build a high-performing team.
- Recommend and manage technical budgets, tools, and resources. and manage the technical team (engineers, technicians, and specialists).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical) Master's is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical/engineering leadership role.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
