QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of ND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must not be more than 30 years of age.
- Residency: Candidates must be residents of, or willing to relocate to, the specific city they are applying for (Gusau, Birnin Kebbi, Gombe, or Damaturu).
- Technical Skills: Strong computer/ICT skills, experience with troubleshooting hardware/software, and knowledge of networking basics are required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for students and staff seeking technical or administrative assistance.
- Provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and manage ICT asset inventory at the campus level.
- Support the setup and operation of digital learning tools and classroom technology.
