Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff and systems, including internet access, email, software applications, and hospitality systems (PMS, POS, key card systems, etc.).
- Ensure data security, system backups, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 years experience.
