Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, and network devices.
Network Management:
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Ensure network security and performance through regular monitoring and updates.
System Administration:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure regular data backups and perform disaster recovery operations when necessary.
Software Management:
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Maintain software licensing and compliance.
- Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new software solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance and incidents.
- Document and report on IT issues and resolutions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in releveant field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant technical experience.
