- Rocksteady Productions is seeking a talented and driven producer to bring our creative projects to life from concept development through to final production.
- As part of our creative team, you will oversee the production process, ensuring our stories are told with impact and professionalism.
Your role will include:
- Managing production schedules and coordinating between creative, technical, and post-production teams.
- Overseeing the execution of both short and long video projects from start to finish.
- Collaborating closely with writers, directors, and other creatives to develop original ideas.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Problem-solving and adapting plans quickly to meet creative and logistical needs.
- Anticipating and solving problems before they disrupt the production process
We would love to work with you if you:
- Have proven experience in video or media production (portfolio or project list required).
- Understand the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through to post-production.
- Are highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Have strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.
- Are passionate about storytelling and deeply familiar with Nigerian pop culture and audiences.
- Are Lagos-based and able to commute to the office and shoot locations as needed.
