Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Officer based in Lekki. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT systems, and ensuring the reliability of all technological operations. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting IT-related issues, administering and maintaining network infrastructure, and performing system administration tasks that support seamless business operations. The role also involves contributing to IT strategy development and implementing efficient technology solutions to align with company goals.
Relevant Experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- 5 years in experience in Information Technology and Technical Support for both hardware and software systems
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems
- Expertise in System Administration, including managing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and databases
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a corporate environment
Qualifications / Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, MCSE) are an added advantage
