Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, ensure system security, and oversee both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networks, and applications.
- Manage Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot IT issues, provide helpdesk support, and maintain ERP/CRM systems.
- Ensure system backups, disaster recovery, and IT security compliance.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets while researching and recommending new technologies.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and IT security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
