Job Summary
- As the IT Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and systems while supporting project execution and ensuring optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and system issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Support IT infrastructure deployment during project execution and assist with system upgrades
- Implement network security measures and maintain system performance and reliability
- Maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network or IT infrastructure engineering roles
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support is required
- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and infrastructure management
